Hrm.. bagus betul kata2 TU Hadi tentang analogi kapal. Zaman dulu, kapal belayar pakai kelasi yang ramai untuk dayung kayuh, pakai layar - juga ada kelasi yang tukang penaik peturun. Ada jurumudi, jaga haluan. Nakhoda - boss : arah saja. Zaman kini, kapal bersistem elektronik. Kawal pada suis dan punat sahaja. Tak perlukan kain layar lagi; ada bahan api, kipas kapal dah buleh pusing - kapal dah jalan. Nakhoda - sama : arah saja. Tetapi kelasi tetap perlu juga.SHAH ALAM, June 7 – The three-day PAS 55th annual muktamar ended this evening, but the future direction of the party – whether to stay with Pakatan Rakyat (PR) or work with Umno in the name of Malay unity – remains uncertain.
Both party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and his deputy Nasharudin Mat Isa have reiterated their commitment to PR but at the same time said PAS will not stop engaging Umno or any other party, creating confusion among the members.
In his winding-up speech, Hadi did not touch directly on his unity government proposal which was heavily criticised by delegates earlier but defended the move to talk to Umno saying that it is in line with Islamic principles.
“We already have our own vessel, it is strong enough... we do not need to jump to BN,” said Hadi.
“But to attract as many supporters and voters as possible, we cannot close our doors,” he added.
But by suggesting the party will continue to engage with Umno, Hadi risks losing the support of the non-Malays.
“It is a very sensitive matter for the supporters club,” said Vincent Lee, deputy chairman of PAS Supporters Club, an organisation made up of non-Muslims who back the Islamist party.
“The non-Muslims are supporting PAS because they hate Barisan Nasional, so why work with Umno,” said Lee who is against the idea of the party talking to Umno. [...]

Kita bukan era zaman dahulu - semua kelasi jenis abdi. Zaman dah berubah. Kalau PAS jenis kapal lama atau baru di zaman ini - Nakhoda TU Hadi & Timbalannya ajak masuk pusaran air di Lautan UMNO - ingat semua kelasi buta-buta nak ikut? Malam sikit.
Kalau dua-dua ni tak mau dengar nasihat Mursyidul Am, lebih baik Muktamar akan datang buat usul - bubarkan saja jawatan itu. I just read another article and i wonder why "No. 2 says Tok Guru is not PAS "? For Unity Government issues - Prof. Hamirdin had a doubt too, just like me.
To Admiral TU Hadi & TU Nasha - your vessel is not strong enough yet, honestly. You need a full participation and collective decision from all crew members. Without all of them on board : supporters (muslim & non-muslims), members, bloggers, solid agreement with PR partnership components, and pages of etcs - i wonder how far the vessel goes.
